*We take privacy very seriously  . Details we collect to maintain your software usage rights :

These details are encrypted at all times and are not shared with a 3rd side:

1.  The payer paypal email.

2.  The paypal transaction number.

3.  The pc serial number.

4.  The Express Encoder License key.

*You have 14 days from time of purchase of the software to click the “refund” button ( ender : help>license )

Then the transaction will be cancelled  , the money will be immediately returned to you , all the details above (pay pal email , paypal transaction number , pc serial number , express encoder licese key )  we be erased from our database and you will be no longer be able to use the software .

*If you wish to pass the license to another pc ,  enter the key and paypal payer email in the express encoder software under : Help > License and the license will be immediately be transferred to the new pc , then the former pc serial number will be erased . 

In case you decided to switch keys for the software ( from any reason) , once you activate the new key , the pc serial number will be associated with the new key .

After 14 days if you wish to cancel the key and delete the pc serial record from out database ,  that is possible by sending us an email .
